The hotel is beautifully maintained and located in a lovely area, right near a restaurant. It's a fantastic value for money. the garden at night provides an enchanting dining experience with views of Cortona in the background. the classic king room was romantic and exquisitely decorated, and the central location is definitely a plus.

Such wonderful stay, I would stay there again.

a great selection of food available in the garden. very pleasant area, stunning and absolutely perfect location, close to the gardens and the vineyard as well as many beautiful sites. friendly service overall and parking on-site.

The views are fabulous, this place is fairly clean with well-appointed and large rooms, a nice pool, and a marvellous breakfast with awesome food.

The excellent service made the holiday special. The location near to Cortona but in a rural situation gave us the best of both worlds. The garden was beautiful and the pool was good.

We stayed at a few places during our trip in Tuscany and Umbria. This one is the best. Customer service , breakfasts , friendly personnel speaking good English, relaxing athmosphere, brautiful design. If you travel by car it's really worth coming here for tranquility and beauty.

It is very quiet

When we arrived, they offered us a room on the ground floor, but that smelled badly like a cellar. I had to ask for an other room. I can't understand why the offer that in the first place, was that a try, to see or we would accept it?

The staff was hospitable and attentive, providing an amazing breakfast. Our room was nice, featuring absolutely breathtaking mountain views. the bathroom was spotless and equipped with a jacuzzi.

The staff at Relais Villa Baldelli are genuinely exceptional and contribute greatly to the experience. Guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Old City of Cortona, which is just 4 kilometers away. the location is stunning and offers a beautiful hilltop setting. it's conveniently close to a vineyard and the lovely garden, especially enchanting at night.

We arrived without our bags thanks to Swiss, but from the first second with Ricardo at Relais Villa Baldelli, we were in love with this property. Grounds are perfect - like a home. Views up to the hills are breathtaking. the pool invigorating! the cool cat that wanders around the place, the staff, and the amazing breakfasts. we will be back, there's zero doubt. This was the perfect home base to explore all over Tuscany & Umbria. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

This charming villa perched on the hills, with the church bells chiming in the distance, offers a peaceful retreat from the busy city, yet it's only 4 km away from the Old City, which is an easy and enjoyable drive. the villa is surrounded by picturesque vineyards, providing a serene view from the rooms. the friendly staff, comfortable bed, and spotless bathroom make for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers freshly baked pastries and a variety of delicious local products.

Some guests have complained about the presence of noisy neighbors but it seems to be a rare occurrence.
